Steve Cochran's fundamental needs, values, and orientation towards life are symbolized by the four astrological elements. The aforementioned passivity can also be a real problem for Steve Cochran, as he is prone to be receptive and to go with the flow rather than take decisive action on his own initiative.
Cochran also tends to be involved in relationships where others depend upon him to an unhealthy degree, or where he depends on the other person too much - so much so that his sense of self as a distinct individual becomes blurred.
